Refund Policy

We want our customers to shop in confidence with the knowledge that our high quality handmade products are thoroughly inspected and packed with the utmost care. However, we understand that stuff happens.

Damaged/Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@soapothecary.com and we will work to make it right. We will either send a replacement or refund the item(s) right away. Please note: Because some of our products are made in very small batches and we frequently sell out of these items, we cannot always guarantee an exact replacement. In this instance, a refund for the damaged/defective products will be issued.

Shipping:

It should be noted that shipping costs are non-refundable in most instances. In the very rare instance all of your products arrive damaged and there aren’t adequate replacements available, we will refund your entire order —shipping included. If you are sent replacement items, they will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Returns:

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you receive a replacement or a refund, you can choose what to do with the damaged/defective item(s).
